　　Held in celebration of DOLE’s 92nd Founding Anniversary, the event underscored the growing strength of public–private collaboration in expanding employment access and equipping Filipinos with essential digital and AI skills。

　　Since November 2023, SM, DOLE, and PESO have mounted more than 370 job fairs nationwide, serving over 220,000 job seekers and producing more than 30,000 hired-on-the-spot (HOTS) placements. The recent recognition of the 30,000th HOTS at SM City Tuguegarao highlighted the substantial reach of the nationwide effort。

AI-focused sessions led by Asia Pacific College and IBM SkillsBuild further introduced job seekers to emerging technologies shaping the future of work。
