The biggest campus tour event of Our Market#mce_temp_url# to date had just been held on March 11, 2026, at National University Dasmariñas, through a major sponsorship for the university’s first Hospitality and Tourism Research Seminar and Symposium titled Tatak CavitENYU, with the theme “Where Ideas Converge: Advancing Hospitality and Tourism Through Research。”

Our Market brought the hype to roughly 4,000 students, faculty, and staff members of NU Dasmariñas, bringing not only interactive games, giveaways, food, and a hands-on cooking demonstration, but also a bazaar featuring local businesses, for the first time ever in its campus tour series。

After successfully subscribing to Our Market’s services for free, joiners were guided to play the roulette and win a random prize. But the real eye-catcher was the brand’s newest game module, a three-dimensional puzzle showcasing Our Market’s partner brands. The players simply had to complete any side of the puzzle to win any item of their choice.

Local merchants at the booth included Daniel’s Handicraft, which showcased intricate handwoven items made with the combined talents of Muntinlupa residents and inmates in New Bilibid Prison. Married owners, Lea and Daniel Mancera, brought a variety of interesting woven items, such as baskets, vases, handbags, containers, and even fuzzy wire flowers。

Patty Lising of Aling Patring’s Sari-Sari Store, one of Our Market’s long-time partners, offered a free tasting and brought some of its bestselling products, such as the cheese pimiento, peanut butter, pastillas, cookies, nuts, leche flan, and ready-to-drink coffee。

Proven by the number of people coming in for purchase and inquiries, the crowd favorite was Matchbox Art Co., a talented art and design production team owned by Shanah Leigh and Johnny Paradox, which sells original art items, clothing designs, custom-made watercolor paintings, and even does live paintings.

As part of Our Market’s continuous pursuit to serve as a learning hub that inspires communities to step out of their comfort zone, the brand teaches the easiest, most accessible ways to start a business. Simultaneously happening in the demo kitchen was a dessert-making workshop titled “There is Always Room for Dessert,” held by Chef Catherine “Cathy” Yu, a professional culinary instructor of 14 years and the current Vice President of the Philippine Society of Baking。

As a professional, Chef Cathy shared techniques and recipes that are light and efficient yet create high-quality results. The attendees, who were mostly comprised of Hospitality Management students, learned how to make simplified polvoron, the trending Dubai Chewy Cookies, and creamy egg tarts made with Aokun egg tart shells and filling from Prime Pacific Foods Corporation. The egg tarts came out perfectly soft, crispy, and creamy by using the Cheftop oven brought by Unox Philippines, represented by its Marketing Development Specialist, Chef Alphie Tabuzo。

Conceived as a CSR initiative of DTC Promos, Inc., a marketing and activations company for over three decades, Our Market has always made it a must to maximize its resources for the benefit of its community. A total of 10 prizes, including Energizer power banks and Philips Bluetooth speakers, were given to lucky participants via a live raffle draw。

There could not have been a better audience for this demo than the Hospitality Management students who have shown great enthusiasm rooted in the workshop’s correlation with their program. With great feedback and an overall successful event, Our Market and National University Dasmariñas solidified its partnership with a MOA Signing on the same day, signaling anticipated, continued collaboration beyond the OMG! Campus Tour。

Classroom lectures are supported by visual materials with practical training in specialized fasciitis, and students gain exposure to essential operational areas such as the basic kitchen, bakery, cold kitchen, commercial kitchen, front office, travel lounge, function room, bar, and laundry and linen sections. Combined with effective methods of assessment, National University Dasmariñas prepares students for professional roles across the hospitality and food service sectors。
