　　刚到贵州的第一晚，国际文旅体验官们的“探秘”从舌尖开始。

　　酸汤牛肉、香酥鸭、野菜糍粑、水果豆花……一道道黔味美食接连上桌，烟火气十足的市集让嘉宾们迅速“破冰”。

　　Sour soup beef, crispy duck, wild vegetable glutinous rice cake, fruit douhua. One after another Guizhou delicacies were served, and the lively, bustling market quickly helped the guests break the ice。

　　青云市集由老贵阳卷烟厂旧厂房改造而成，保留着工业风底色，霓虹灯光与潮流设计在此交汇。餐饮区、文创店、精酿酒吧、非遗手作摊位错落排布，既有本地人钟爱的老味道，也有年轻人喜欢的新场景。开街以来，这里已成为贵阳夜间经济的标志性名片。

　　Qingyun Fun Market was renovated from the old factory buildings of the Guiyang Cigarette Factory, retaining an industrial-style foundation where neon lights and trendy design converge. Dining areas, cultural creative shops, craft beer bars, and intangible cultural heritage handicraft stalls are laid out in a staggered arrangement, offering both the traditional flavors loved by locals and new scenes appreciated by young people. Since its opening, it has become an iconic landmark of Guiyang's night economy。

　　“贵州的酸汤牛肉太开胃了，连汤我都喝了两碗。”来自马来西亚的自媒体博主佩丽雅一边拍照一边感叹，贵阳的夜市比她想象中更有活力，“既有本地特色，又很年轻化”。

　　"Guizhou's sour soup beef is so appetizing that I even drank two bowls of the soup," said Priya Gnanam Menon Manasa, a self-media blogger from Malaysia, while taking photos and marveling that Guiyangs night market is more vibrant than she had imagined, "with both local characteristics and a youthful vibe."

　　泰国网络达人“明明咔”叶明生则对野菜糍粑印象深刻。“糯米的软糯和野菜的清香很特别，这种搭配在东南亚很少见。”他举着手机边拍边说，一定要把这道贵州美食分享给自己的泰国粉丝。

　　Katsri Wonchana, a Thai internet celebrity known as Ming Ming Ka was deeply impressed by the wild vegetable glutinous rice cake. "The soft and chewy texture of the glutinous rice combined with the fresh fragrance of wild vegetables is very special. This combination is rare in Southeast Asia." He said while filming with his phone that he would definitely share this Guizhou delicacy with his Thai fans。

　　Wen Sopheak, a Chinese self-media blogger based in Cambodia, enjoyed the market atmosphere even more. He tasted Guizhou-style craft beer and also discovered the charm of Guizhou's intangible cultural heritage creative products. "The music, the lights, the crowd — everything is just right. Good beer, a nice night out — this is the kind of relaxed vibe a city should have."
