RCBC joins forces with the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila as its Special Founder Partner for the 2026 JCI World Congress, empowering the next generation of leaders and nation-builders.
JCI World Congress is the annual assembly of JCI, gathering over 6,000 JCI leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision makers from more than 120 countries to “connect, learn, and launch projects that create real community impact。” It is happening in Clark, Pampanga, from November 11 to 15.
“As RCBC comes in as a Special Founder Partner for the 2026 JCI World Congress in Clark, we’re backing something we already believe in. JCI Manila has always produced people who start businesses, fix broken systems and step up when things get difficult. That kind of leadership matters to our country, and it matters to RCBC,” RCBC President and CEO Reggie B. Cariaso said.
JCI Manila (formerly the Manila Jaycees) is the first and premier leadership development organization in Asia. Founded on December 20, 1947, JCI Manila features a network of young leaders that addresses societal problems through professional development, economic opportunities, and creative solutions.
In keeping with RCBC’s brand promise “Partners Through Generations”, the partnership is a shared commitment to developing the leaders, entrepreneurs, and nation-builders of tomorrow.
RCBC and JCI’s rich legacy of leadership and nation-building goes way back. Before founding RCBC, Alfonso T. Yuchengco was appointed as the 10th President of JCI Manila. He went on to establish RCBC and the Yuchengco Group of Companies, with integrity, bold innovation, and nation-building as their core foundation.
“Almost 70 years ago, Alfonso Yuchengco helped shape the future of JCI Manila. Today, together with RCBC, we have the opportunity to help shape the future of leaders from around the world,” JCI World Congress Director Luis Angelo Sevilla said。
AY Foundation President Michele Y. Dee reaffirmed its long-standing partnership with JCI Manila, marking 43 years of collaboration through the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Award (formerly known as the Mother Teresa Award) - an enduring commitment to advancing their shared vision of creating meaningful and lasting impact.
“We look forward to the JCI World Congress where our shared vision would come to life - championing inclusive growth to contribute to a better future for generations to come,” Dee added。
Exciting booth activities and surprises await visitors and delegates of the 2026 JCI World Congress at the immersive RCBC booth, featuring the Hexagon Club. Learn how RCBC champions financial inclusion, implements digital banking innovations, and introduces financial education initiatives for every Filipino.
“Together with JCI Manila, we are rallying young leaders to lead with clarity, compassion, and purpose,” Cariaso added。
